Full Journal pdf2006-05-09 House Journal Page 3994 HB 41 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3875) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 41(FIN) "An Act relating to minimum periods of imprisonment for the crime of assault in the fourth degree committed against an employee of an elementary, junior high, or secondary school or certain contractors of school districts who were engaged in the performance of school duties at the time of the assault." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 41(JUD) "An Act relating to minimum periods of imprisonment for the crime of assault in the fourth degree committed on school 2006-05-09 House Journal Page 3995 grounds, on a school bus, at a school-sponsored event, or at certain school district administration offices." (SCR 23 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 41(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 41(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 41(FIN)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 41(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
